The kids are shouting. The laundry basket is overflowing. Again. The dirty dishes are calling your name. Your kid needs a school permission slip signed. And you've still got to figure out what's for dinner. Suddenly, everything starts to feel too much and you find yourself getting angry. You snap. Then comes the guilt.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. That's been my life, too! But I started creating little resets to help me handle these moments without completely losing it. They were just small, practical things I could actually do when a strong feeling knocked me off balance. And they helped! So I'm putting them together to help other moms, too.

As for me, I'm a mom of two, a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor, and a recovering academic turned stay-at-home mom. I built the Everyday Resets Club to offer practical tools moms can use to get through those tough everyday moments.
